By accessing, browsing or purchasing from Rania, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, customers and users of this website.
3. Products & Availability
Rania offers premium home linens, embroidered textiles, paper goods and curated gifting collections.All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit the quantity of any product at any time without prior notice. Availability displayed on the website does not guarantee fulfilment until an order has been confirmed.
4. Product Descriptions & Colours
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour, embroidery, weave, texture and finish may occur due to differences in screen displays, lighting, handcrafted processes and natural materials. Such variations are characteristic of artisan-made products and shall not be considered defects. Dimensions provided are approximate and may vary slightly.
5. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, including GST where required by law, will be charged at checkout. Shipping charges, customs duties and import taxes (where applicable) are additional unless expressly stated otherwise. Rania reserves the right to correct pricing errors and modify prices without prior notice. Any change in price will not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.
6. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order on our website constitutes an offer to purchase our products. All orders are subject to acceptance by Rania. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an acknowledgement via email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. An order is deemed accepted only after payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed for fulfilment. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, pricing errors or product unavailability.
7. Payment
We accept payment through the secure payment methods made available on our website at the time of purchase. Orders will be processed only after successful receipt of payment. Rania does not store your payment card information. All online payment transactions are processed through authorised third-party payment service providers using secure encryption technologies.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have entered production, packing or dispatch.
Once an order processing has begun cancellation is not be possible. We request you to carefully consider all details before placing an order.
If Rania is unable to fulfil an accepted order, a full refund of the amount paid for the unavailable product(s) will be issued through the original mode of payment.
9. Shipping & Delivery
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within the estimated timelines displayed on our website. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Rania shall not be responsible for delays, additional charges or failed deliveries arising from incorrect address details.
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges imposed by the destination country.
10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 (two) hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Due to hygiene considerations and the handcrafted nature of our products, used, washed, personalised or monogrammed items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective upon delivery. If they happen to get damaged enroute, please infomr us within 2 hours of receiving the delivery. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable banking timelines.
Except where required by applicable law, Rania does not accept returns or exchanges for products that have been correctly supplied, delivered in good condition and conform to the order placed.
11. Custom, Personalised & Monogrammed Orders
Selected products may be customised, personalised or monogrammed where expressly indicated on the relevant product page.
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all names, initials, dates, colours, artwork, text and other personalisation details submitted with an order are accurate and complete, and leave no room for doubt.
Once production has commenced, customised, personalised, monogrammed or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled, modified, returned or exchanged, nor cna any others; except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective upon delivery.
Please note: Since we work with small batches, a slight variations in embroidery placement, thread direction, stitch density and finishing are natural characteristics and shall not be regarded as defects.
12. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to photographs, artwork, embroidery designs, illustrations, graphics, logos, trademarks, product names, product descriptions, text, website design and other creative materials, is the exclusive property of Rania or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified, stored or otherwise used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Rania.
13. Use of Website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. You must not: misuse or interfere with the operation or security of this website; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its systems; upload or transmit malicious software, viruses or harmful code; use this website for fraudulent, unlawful or misleading activities; or reproduce or exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.
Rania reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website where misuse is suspected.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rania shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage arising from the use of this website or the purchase or use of our products.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, administrative, handling, packaging, shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable once the order has been processed or dispatched.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude, restrict or limit any liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or limited under applicable law.

Rania shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, storms, pandemics, epidemics, governmental actions, strikes, labour disputes, transport disruptions, delivery disruptions, supply shortages, power failures, courier delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines are provided for guidance only and do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates.

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure that product photographs, colours, descriptions and specifications accurately represent our products. However, slight variations may occur due to individual screen settings, lighting conditions, photography, natural fibres, handcrafted processes, embroidery placement, weave, texture and finishing techniques.
Such variations are inherent characteristics of artisan-made products and enhance the individuality of each piece. They shall not be regarded as manufacturing defects or grounds for return.
22. Care & Product Longevity
Where applicable, care instructions accompany our products or are made available on the relevant product page. Customers are responsible for following the recommended washing, drying, ironing, storage and handling instructions to preserve the appearance, quality and longevity of their purchase.
Damage resulting from improper washing, bleaching, harsh detergents, excessive heat, misuse, neglect or failure to follow the supplied care instructions is not covered under our Returns, Exchange or Replacement Policy.
